We improved recruiter efficiency in AviontéBOLD, enabling users to add custom job details automatically to Start Sheets via the new Custom Job Details merge fields.
Why did we do that?
Customer feedback noted frequent use of Custom Job Details in the Start Sheets, and wanted a more automatic/templatized way of adding these fields into the Start Sheet.
Why does this matter to you, as a client/customer/user?
Thanks to this enhancement, you now can have Custom Job Details flow directly into your Start Sheets without having to manually copy/paste the values every time you send a Start Sheet.
If you'd like to include Custom Job Details in your Start Sheets, you can add it using the "Start Sheet Merge Fields" drop down when sending a Start Sheet, or when configuring your Start Sheet templates.
If you wish to only send specific Custom Job Details in specific Start Sheets, you still have the ability to manually copy and paste those details (they appear just below the Start Sheet body when sending a Start Sheet).
