What's new? |
The Experian Tax Credits integration in BOLD now allows for multiple partner account codes to be used for the questionnaire. The Partner Account Codes along with a Configuration Name value must be entered into the Experian Marketplace tile. |
Why did we do that? |
We've found that due to a staffing agency's company/business structure, they may need to have multiple Experian accounts, thus resulting in multiple Partner Account Codes for the integration in BOLD. |
Why does this matter to you, as a client/customer/user? |
We wanted to ensure that our integration would work for all of our clients, supporting their various setup needs, so that everyone had the ability to take advantage of the tax credit benefits. |
How does this work? |
If you have multiple accounts set up with Experian, and they've given you your Partner Account Codes, you can configure the additional accounts in the Marketplace. Once they're configured in the Marketplace, you'll see the account options in the Career Page Editor screen as well as the Talent > Onboarding aside.
