Reconnect O365 Account (Office 365)
- Click on Account & Settings
- Click on Avionté Marketplace
- In the Search field, type: 365
- Click on the Settings button for the Outlook365 Tile.
- Review your current folder and filter settings
- Take a screenshot (or write down) the FOLDERS you have selected
- Take a screenshot (or write down) the FILTERS you have entered
- Click the Disconnect from Outlook 365 button
- Click Account & Settings
- Click on Log Out
- Log back into BOLD
- Click on Account & Settings
- Click on Avionté Marketplace
- In the Search field, type: 365
- Click on the Settings button for the Outlook365 Tile.
- Click the Connect with Outlook 365 button
- If prompted, select the Microsoft account you want to connect
- Otherwise, you will be redirected back to Bold
- Once you're returned to Bold, select the Folders to sync
- Click Save Folders
- Enter any filters you previously used
- Click on the Add FIlter button
- Click Save Filters button
- Enter any filters you previously used
- Click Done
