Reconnect O365 Account (Office 365)

 

  1. Click on Account & Settings

  2. Click on Avionté Marketplace

  3. In the Search field, type: 365

  4. Click on the Settings button for the Outlook365 Tile.

  5. Review your current folder and filter settings
    1. Take a screenshot (or write down) the FOLDERS you have selected
    2. Take a screenshot (or write down) the FILTERS  you have entered

  6. Click the Disconnect from Outlook 365 button

  7. Click Account & Settings
  8. Click on Log Out

  9. Log back into BOLD

  10. Click on Account & Settings

  11. Click on Avionté Marketplace

  12. In the Search field, type: 365

  13. Click on the Settings button for the Outlook365 Tile.

  14. Click the Connect with Outlook 365 button
    1. If prompted, select the Microsoft account you want to connect
    2. Otherwise, you will be redirected back to Bold

  15. Once you're returned to Bold, select the Folders to sync

  16. Click Save Folders

    1. Enter any filters you previously used
      1. Click on the Add FIlter button
      2. Click Save Filters button

  17. Click Done
