Mark Talent as Private

• Determine if you want to hide the Placements/Jobs or the entire Profile
• Update Access and/or Permissions based on the Matrix below
  • These are only based on the Recruit Manager and Recruit Admin Access

Set privacy

1. Go to the Talent's profile
2. Click the Edit icon
   
   
   
   
3. Choose the Privacy field
   1. Select Public or Private

Fully Viewable

• Profile is searchable and everything is visible

Hides Placements

• Profile is searchable but Placements section hidden

Fully Hidden

• Profile is searchable but all information is hidden
