How Does It Work?

1. Post job on Job Board via the same process. See our knowledge base for information about the full posting process.

2. In order for the Job to post to the MOBILE JOB BOARD, navigate to the Job Posting Status and Options Widget on the Job Details page.

3. Fill out the applicable information. "Post Job" will then connect this job to the MOBILE JOB BOARD as an opportunity for Talent to see.

For Recruiting New Talent:

  1. Talent downloads the app and clicks the Job Search bar on the landing page.
  2. Talent filters, scrolls, and searches for a relevant job opportunity.
  3. Talent clicks "Interested" and completes a short apply form.
  4. Talent sees the job they applied to in the app.

For Logged In/Known Talent:
