View Talent Paystubs - 06/30/2023 [RN]

What is the enhancement?	We improved the recruiter experience in AviontéBOLD, by enabling users to view talent paystubs.
Why did we do that?	Customer feedback noted the need to verify and view the same pay stubs talent users have access to in the talent portal right from within BOLD.
Why does this matter to you, as a client/customer/user?	Thanks to this enhancement, integrated customers using BOLD and CLASSIC Back Office can view paystubs for talent directly in BOLD.
Now What?	To have access to the talent paystubs the following must apply: The customer must have integrated AviontéBOLD and CLASSIC Back Office Users must have the "Tax Admin" user setting enabled Users must have the "Paychecks" tab enabled on the talent profile view
