Career Pages: Position Category / Skills Improved User Experience - 07/25/2023 [RN]

We improved the talent apply experience in AviontéBOLD, enabling an easier way to denote Position Categories/Skills when applying for employment.
The "+" UX to add skills is no longer on the Careers Page or General Apply.
The skill that is picked will be what is saved
Note: This does not yet apply to job orders.
Why did we do this?
End-user feedback noted that while applying for a specific job posting or via the general apply, configurations that solicited the applicant to identify categories and skills for better placement matching required the applicant to click a green plus icon to actually add the selected category/skills onto the application.
Why does this matter to you, as a client/customer/user?
Thanks to this enhancement, talent being prompted for adding categories/skills during the application process can simply select applicable categories and skills from the drop-downs, and they are added automatically.
This new user experience is deployed for all customers, and will appear if they have "Categories & Skillsets" as a visible step under the Apply Sequence configuration area on a Workflow associated with a Career Page or General Apply.
