Import Contact using Echo Plugin

To use Echo, head to a profile on one of the sites that the tool can parse. Once on a site such as Linkedin, head to a profile, click the button, and the Echo tool will pop out, ready to parse.

  • Create new Company and Contact using Echo Plugin
  1. Find a contact profile
  2. Click the Echo icon
  3. Enter your Company ID
    1. If you have already added the Company ID then you don't have to add it again
    2. Example: TestCompany.myavionte.com
      1. Type in: TestCompany
  4. Click Continue button


  5. Echo will appear on the right side of the page.


    1. If you don't see the Echo Plugin, on the right side, it may be minimized
    2. Click the Arrow to expand


  6. Click Import Contact


  7. This window may appear briefly and then close


  8. Enter the following information:
    1. Client: Enter a client name and then select from the drop-down. 
    2. Branch: Choose the branch (or office) where the contact is located.
  9. Click Next button


  10. Make sure that all required fields are entered.
    1. Note: The minimum talent requirements will apply depending on the New Contact Requirements configured in the Table Editor.
    2. If a required field is not populated, it will be displayed in red. You will need to fill out the field to continue.
  11. Example of all the fields available:
    1. Any fields with a Red Outline are required fields  


    2. Note: That if the email address matches a profile already in the system, a message will display that an exact match has been found.


  12. Click Done
