Job Posting Defaults - 09/29/2023 [RN]

• We improved recruiter efficiency and consistency in AviontéBOLD, enabling users to specify the default job posting options of requiring a resume and allowing applicants to apply with Indeed.

Why?

• Customer feedback noted that frequently recruiters could overlook the options for requiring a resume or allowing applicants to apply with Indeed, potentially resulting in a decrease in applicant throughput on a job.

How does this impact you?

• Thanks to this enhancement, all customers now have the option of defining the default behavior for all job postings on BOLD Career Pages.
• Users with Table Editor access will now find a new widget under the Jobs section called "Job Post Defaults" to configure the default settings for job postings. Each job's options can be manually overridden by a recruiter, these settings are simply the default behavior.
