We improved recruiter efficiency and consistency in AviontéBOLD, enabling users to specify the default job posting options of requiring a resume and allowing applicants to apply with Indeed.
Customer feedback noted that frequently recruiters could overlook the options for requiring a resume or allowing applicants to apply with Indeed, potentially resulting in a decrease in applicant throughput on a job.
How does this impact you?
Thanks to this enhancement, all customers now have the option of defining the default behavior for all job postings on BOLD Career Pages.
Users with Table Editor access will now find a new widget under the Jobs section called "Job Post Defaults" to configure the default settings for job postings. Each job's options can be manually overridden by a recruiter, these settings are simply the default behavior.
