Activate the Outlook365 Marketplace Tile (For Federated Setup)

Federated Email will allow HCM users to automatically connect their O365 account upon login to BOLD. To activate the BOLD Outlook 365 Marketplace tile, enable the feature from Utilities, and then enter the Application ID, Client Secret Value, and Email Domain Configuration.

Note: Disabling Microsoft O365 Email Setup will disable the Avionté Marketplace app for ALL Users.

 

Activate the Outlook365 Marketplace Tile (For Federated Setup)

  1. Click on Account & Settings

  2. Click on Utilities
    Click on Utilities.png

  3. In the Search Utilities field, type: "email"

  4. Click on the System Email Settings tile

  5. Click on the Setup O365 Email icon

  6. Click on the toggle switch that shows Not Enabled
    Important Note: Disabling Microsoft O365 Email Setup will disable the Avionté Marketplace app for ALL Users.

  7. Enter information into the appropriate fields:
    1. Application Id: Copy the information from your Azure account.
    2. Client Secret Value: Copy the information from your Azure account.
    3. Configure Federated SSO Email Domains for O365 (e.g., Myavionte.com for abc@myavionte.com)

  8. Click on the Save button.
