Job Reference Number When Logging Talent Activity - 12/14/2023 [RN]

• We improved the recruiter experience in AviontéBOLD, enabling users to have more job context when associating a job while logging a talent activity.

Why?

• Customer feedback noted that frequently a talent may be associated with multiple jobs of the same name, for the same company and office. When attempting to log a talent activity, it is hard to discern which job they should be associating the activity with.

How does this impact you?

• Thanks to this enhancement now users will see the alpha-numeric job req ID number behind the job name in the "Related Job" drop-down when logging an activity for a talent user, so the correct job will be easier to identify.
