Talent | Document | Exception Handling and Displaying Appropriate Message in UI if the Document is Deleted in Adobe - 2/29/2024
🚀 What's New
- We've improved the recruiter experience in Bold by adding better handling of Adobe Talent Documents in Bold, by providing clear error messages in the UI and subsequent loading of good/valid Adobe documents.
Why?
- Customer feedback noted that when trying to view Adobe Documents under a talent, sometimes the UI would not load.
How does this impact you?
- Now any documents that have been deleted or removed from Adobe directly will be handled properly and reported to recruiters viewing the talents' documents in Bold.
Talent | Password Reset Welcome/Standard Email Company-Branding In Email Subject Line - 2/21/2024
🚀 What's New
- We've improved the talent experience in Bold by ensuring the emails sent when resetting a talent's password reference the talent agency's social name in the email subject line.
Why?
- Customer feedback noted confusion on a talent's part when receiving an email that referenced a password reset for "Avionte" instead of the staffing agency.
How does this impact you?
- Now talent receiving either password reset email will see the staffing agency's name in the subject line instead of Avionte.
Career Pages / Apply | Provide Required Field Info Near "Continue" Button - 2/20/2024
🚀 What's New
- We've improved the applicant experience in Bold by adding better highlighting and informative information related to missing required fields when applying for a job using the Careers Page.
Why?
- Feedback from users noted difficulty in understanding which fields or steps during the apply process are required to continue, which can lead to abandonment of the application effort by a potential employee that feels stuck without any idea of why they are not able to continue.
How does this impact you?
- Any field that is set as "required" in the Careers Page configuration will be clearly identified to the applicant so it is clear they need to provide that information to continue with the application.
Ability to Archive (Hide) Onboarding Packets - 2/13/2024
🚀 What's New
- We've improved the recruiter experience by providing the ability to delete onboarding packets.
Why?
- Some onboarding packets may have been used for testing or are no longer needed due to being outdated. Giving users the option to remove these from Bold helps keep the Onboarding Packet configuration section clean.
How does this impact you?
- Users will now have the ability to delete an existing Onboarding Packet. No impact to existing/pending/historical sent packets of the type that is being deleted, it will simply remove it from the system and prevent sending that packet in the future.
Form I-9 Accommodates Inclusion of an E-verify Case Number - 2/08/2024
🚀 What's New
- When initiating an E-verify case using the Adobe I-9 and the standard Bold E-verify integration, the E-verify case number will be automatically updated in the Additional Information box of Section 2, eliminating the need for any additional user action.
- This functionality will only work with the "Form I-9 (Rev 8-1-2023) V2" and "Form I-9 with Preparer (Rev 8-1-2023) V2" templates that contain a special field in the template for this case number.
Why?
- USCIS allows the Additional Information section for E-verify case verification numbers. Although regular users can't reopen finished I-9s, the Bold I-9 integrates E-verify to automatically add the case number to completed Form I-9s. Any such action gets logged in the Adobe audit log for the Form I-9 document.
Here is a portion of an audit document sample. The E-verify case number is written in by formfiller@avionte.com and is documented:
How does this impact you?
- This requires no additional action on your part if you meet the Availability requirements below. When you view a completed I-9 with an E-verify case, you will now see the E-verify case number displayed on the PDF in Talent > Documents
Availability:
- Available upon request (please contact your Account Manager) to all Bold clients using the "I-9 - Form I-9 (Rev 8-1-2023) V2" and "Form I-9 with Preparer (Rev 8-1-2023) V2" standard Adobe template & the Avionte E-verify integration.
Default Hiring Manager Claim Fix - 2/08/2024
🚀 What's New
- We've added the ability to define a hiring manager (contact) as a default on a company office.
Why?
- Customer feedback noted having the ability to configure a default contact for an office reduces repetitive input when creating jobs under that office.
How does this impact you?
- Thanks to this enhancement, integrated customers can now configure a default hiring manager when editing a company office, which will be used during the creation of new jobs under that company office.
