🚀 What's New
- HCM Users now have the ability to create and maintain divisions and offices from BOLD.
Why?
-
Prior to the improvement, HCM users did not have the ability to create and maintain divisions and offices from BOLD. They would need to submit a support ticket and an Avionté user would have to create these for them.
How does this impact you?
-
If an HCM user has permission to create and edit divisions and offices they may do so by navigating to Account & Settings | System Settings. Here they will see an option called Division/Office Configuration.
When selecting Division/Office Configuration, they will be able to see all existing divisions on the left-hand side of the page.
To view a region or office, simply expand the carat next to the division and then the region to see offices. Clicking on a division or office will display the details of the division or the office on the right-hand side of the page. To create a new division or office, there are buttons at the top of the page.
KB Article - HCM User Division/Office Updates
🚀 What's New
*Updates will be rolling out throughout Summer of 2024
- Updates to the Home Screen
- Refreshed UI with optimized button and text sizing
- Mobile Job Board will no longer be a search bar style button at the top but rather a button within the home page
- Introduction of a side menu hosting items such as settings, user profile, and share the app
- Mobile Job Board will no longer be a search bar style button at the top but rather a button within the home page
- Refreshed UI with optimized button and text sizing
- Improvements to user permission prompts
- Instead of prompting users for access to their device prompts all at once when they open the app, we are surfacing those notifications to appear only when relevant to a function they are attempting to access (i.e. we won't ask for location access until someone tried to open the mobile job board, and we will only ask for calendar access when a user tries to access the Work tab).
Why?
-
We did this to provide a better user experience to users in the form of a modernized home page user interface and more impactful surfacing of user permission prompts - triggering these requests when necessary and providing more context as to why.
How does this impact you?
-
The improved user interface of the app will empower talent to make better use of available application features. Additionally, the updates to our user permission prompt surfacing will help reduce friction and contextualize how we use that access for specific features available to users.

How does this impact you?

In the event any invoices were corrected and merged within Back Office, a pop-up will appear asking which version the user would like to access.

🚀 What's New
- We improved the SMS experience for recruiters and talent in Bold by allowing a group of recruiters to share a single SMS number.
Why?
- Feedback from customers noted confusion when multiple recruiters may be working with a given talent, and all communication is segmented by the phone number for each recruiter.
How does this impact you?
- Thanks to this enhancement talent working with multiple recruiters can see consolidated communication coming from a single phone number, even if sent from different users within Bold.
- Recruiters using SMS in Bold can see the communication with a specific talent from themselves or anyone else sharing their SMS number when viewing historical messages in Bold.

🚀 What's New
- Previously, only the recruiter who an interview was scheduled with could see the interview details. This extends the functionality to recruiters within the same office, allowing greater transparency as well as better accommodating workflows with multiple recruiters.
Why?
- As we continuously improve the Pixel interview experience for talent, we also want to deliver features that allow for recruiters to more flexibly integrate bot interviews into their workflow. This enables better hand-off for interviews, dealing with situations where more than one recruiter is working on the same talent.
How does this impact you?
- This new functionality is immediately available to all Bold users.
🚀 What's New
- We've improved the function of the Open Orders Widget, by splitting out the "users" filter into separate job owners and sales representative filters, providing more granular details based on the type of user scope you're trying to drill down on.
Why?
- Customer feedback noted that a given user may want to limit the open order details based on sales representative on the job, and other times it may be based on job owner. Now you have the ability to filter the office-level totals to given you sales rep and job owner totals.
How does this impact you?
- This new functionality is immediately available to all Bold users.
🚀 What's New
- We improved the recruiter experience in AviontéBOLD, enabling users to pin search terms for quick access to frequently used terms, which are now all listed alphabetically.
Why?
- Customer feedback noted that search terms are listed in a random order, making it difficult to find specific search terms easily, and having them all listed alphabetically would be a better user experience.
- Customer feedback also noted the need to automatically add frequently used blank search terms when navigating to a search, to reduce the need to manually add them each time they perform a search in AviontéBOLD.
How does this impact you?
- Thanks to this enhancement now users will see all search terms for Talent Search, Job Search, and Company/Contact CRM Search listed alphabetically. These search terms can also be "pinned" so they automatically are added to your search by default.
- NOTE: The pinning of search terms does not save any specific configuration/criteria for each search term, to save both a search term AND specific configuration/criteria you would use the existing Save Search feature functionality.
