In this video, we will be focusing on the Avionté integration with Adobe Sign. This integration streamlines your onboarding process, making it efficient and seamless.
As an Avionté and Adobe client, you’ll enjoy several key benefits. First, the integration allows you to send and receive documents directly within Avionté, eliminating the need to switch between platforms.
With this integration, you can send documents to employees effortlessly. They’ll receive email notifications when documents are ready for completion.
Once the documents are sent, in-app tracking in Avionté lets you monitor the completion status, ensuring you stay updated every step of the way.
One of the standout features is auto-fill. Information from Avionté can be directly inserted into your documents, or important data from completed forms can be pulled back into Avionté, saving you time and reducing errors.
Adobe Sign supports various file types including PDFs, Microsoft Office files, and image files. However, be aware that secured PDFs and certain dynamic forms that are not supported.
To connect a field in an e-signature document with Avionté, simply right-click on the field in Adobe, change its name to the appropriate mapping phrase, and click OK. This ensures that data flows correctly between systems.
We also provide standard Adobe templates for both US and Canada. These templates can be easily uploaded into Adobe and configured within Avionte.
For further customization, you can set up tasks and packets, configure Federal W-4 forms, and manage I-9 forms directly in Avionté.
To stay on top of your document management, use our reporting tools. Generate reports like the Adobe Sign Document Audit and track e-signature document statuses for both talent and back-office employees.
With Avionté and Adobe Sign integration, you can streamline your document workflow, ensuring a smooth and efficient onboarding process.
