If you have trouble accessing I-9s in Equifax I-9 HQ initiated in AviontéBOLD, please follow these steps to work around the issue:
- The attached document contains a couple options for circumventing the issues in Equifax: sending employees a Quickstart link or uploading a paper form.
- Once one of those two paths is completed, please complete the following steps in BOLD to reconcile the Talent record.
- In the Talent record, navigate to Talent > Documents
- Select the doc type of “I-9”
- Select and upload the document
- After upload, the document will display and you should see the Document Type of 'I-9' and the employer you selected.
- BOLD will consider either a Document Type of 'I-9' in the Talent > Documents OR a completed Equifax I-9 task a fulfillment of the I-9 placement requirement in the system. You can enable this placement requirement in one of two areas:
- System-level: Table Editor > New Filled Job Requirements > Document Type: I-9 (check A column for All jobs or C column for Contract jobs)
- Company Filled Job Template level: Company > Requirements > Custom Filled Job Requirements > Customer Requirements > Talent Document Types: I-9
