What is the improvement?
- BOLD has been improved to send notifications when a threshold amount is met on a PO.
How does this impact you?
- In BOLD, navigate to a Company Record and select POs.
- When creating or editing a PO a user can select Send Notification Email when remaining amount reaches threshold.
- When the remaining amount is updated - via billing for an integrated solution - or manually for non-integrated - and is equal to or less than the threshold amount, a notification will be sent to the user(s) listed under Notifications to:.
- A notification will be sent each time the amount used is updated and is equal to or less than the threshold amount.
Company Address Archive Sync - 10/25/2024

What is the improvement?
- BOLD has been updated to sync company address status to back office.
How does this impact you?
When a user disables an address in BOLD the address will now be marked as inactive in Back Office as well. If the address is then re-enabled in BOLD, it will also be marked as active in Back Office.
If an address was disabled prior to this change and needs to be synced to back office:
- Navigate to the company | contacts
- Enable the address
- Wait for the change to sync to Back Office
- Disable the address in BOLD
