Locating the Analyze Report

1. Click on Analyze Tab
   The Reports Sub Tab will automatically be selected
2. In the Search Reports field, type TALENT ADOBE E-SIGNATURE DOCUMENT MISSING
3. Click on the Talent Adobe E-Signature Document Missing Report

 

 

Logic

This report lists all missing Adobe eSignature documents for each employee.

Filter Options

	Filter Name	Options	Description
	Division	All available Employers list	Use this filter to refine Talent's Employer
	Region	All available Region list	Use this filter to refine Talent's Region
	Office	All available Office list	Use this filter to refine Talent's Office
	Talent Status	All available Talent's Status	Use this filter to refine Talent's Status
	Adobe E-Document Type	All available Adobe E-Sign Document Type	Use this filter to refine Talent's Missing Adobe E-Sign  Document Types. Can select one document type at a time.
	Date Type	List of Date type: Talent Entered, Active Placement, Placement Date	Use this filter to refine Talents by Date Type
	Date From		Use this filter to refine Talent's missing e-signature documents falling under the date range as per the date type selected
	Date To		Use this filter to refine Talent's missing e-signature documents falling under the date range as per the date type selected
	Date Range	Options in the dropdown: None, Yesterday, Today, Tomorrow, Last Week,  This Week, Next Month,etc.	When 'Date Range' is selected, 'Date From' and 'Date To' will be automatically disabled. The user will need to select either 'Date Range' or enter 'Date From' and 'Date To'.
