Careers Page Office Access Segmentation

From within the Careers Page Editor, Office Access determines which Careers Page/s are available for users when they are posting jobs.

All Careers Pages start with the Office selection of None. At least one Office must be selected in order to save the Careers Page.
Note: All existing Careers Pages prior to 01/31/2025 have Office Access set to all Home Offices. These can be edited in the Careers Page Editor.

In this example, the Main Job Board is set with Office Access to multiple Offices.

Users with permission to the Offices that are checked will be able to post to the Main Job Board. Any users without permission to those Offices will not see the Main Job Board.

From the Careers Pages dropdown, we're moving from Main Job Board to the New Board.



Here, as necessary, different Office Access can be granted.

A user with permission to Offices that meet both Careers Pages' settings will see both pages, as shown below.



By contrast, the user in this example does not have permission to the Offices that can see the New Board, and that lack of access is reflected in their options when posting the job.

 

Similarly, if a user does not have access to a Careers Page, they will not be able to delete a posting a user with access has made. Instead, the following error will display:
