Delete/Archive an Applicant/Talent, Contact, Company, or Job

The options to delete will depend on your permissions.

Setting Permissions

  1. Click on Account & Settings
  2. Click on User Accounts



  3. On the User you want to edit the permissions for:
  4. Click Edit Access



  5. In the Modification Access section
    • After making changes, please have User log out and log back in for the permissions to be applied.

 

 

Delete Access Permissions

  • Delete / Edit Own: The user can only delete their own entries
    • Talent
    • Companies
    • Contacts
    • Documents
    • Sub Vendor Contacts
  • Delete / Edit Admin: The user can delete any entries
    • Talent
    • Companies
    • Contacts
    • Jobs
    • Documents
    • Sub Vendors
    • Sub Vendors Contac

 

 

Delete an Applicant/Talent

  1. On the Applicant/Talent Profile, find the Action Widget. 
  2. The last action will have an arrow to the right of it, which you can select to view additional actions.
  3. At the bottom of that list will be the option to delete the applicant.
    Note: That this is an access level. If you do not see the ability to delete, you will need to consult an Admin User.



  4. Click the Delete button

 

For Integrated Clients

  • Record Type will change to "Purged"
  • Status will change to "Deleted"
    • This may vary based on your custom setup/options

 

 

Delete a Contact

  1. On the Contact Profile, find the Action Widget. 
  2. The last action will have an arrow to the right of it, which you can select to view additional actions.
  3. At the bottom of that list will be the option to delete the contact.
    Note: That this is an access level. If you do not see the ability to delete, you will need to consult an Admin User.



  4. Click the Delete button




    For Integrated Clients

    • Status will change to "Deleted"
      • This may vary based on your custom setup/options


Delete a Company

  1. On the Company Profile, click to edit the Profile Picture widget. 
  2. You will then see the option to delete the company.
    Note: That this is an access level. If you do not see the ability to delete, you will need to consult an Admin User.



  3. Click the Delete button

 

 

For Integrated Clients

  • Record Type will change to "Processed"
  • Status will change to "Deleted"
    • This may vary based on your custom setup/options

 

 

Deleting a Job

  • Head to the Job Details page for the job. (This can be done by click on the briefcase icon from the Job Search Page)
  • Towards the top of the Job Details Page, you will see the Job Status. Click on the Status. 



  • An on-page pop-up will appear with the option to change the job status. There will also be a big red 'Delete Job' button. Click the button to delete the job.
