Avionté's mass emails unsubscribe feature allows recipients to choose not to receive mass emails when sent through Avionté.
Viewing who has unsubscribed from the profile
- Whether on an Applicant/Talent or Contact profile, Avionté Users can see whether the person has unsubscribed or not in the Contact Information Widget. If the user has unsubscribed, it will say 'Unsubscribed'. If they are still subscribed, it will not say anything below the address fields.
Manually Unsubscribe or Subscribe
- Click
on the Contact Information widget.
- Once
is clicked, scroll to the bottom of the widget where the Unsubscribe box will be checked or unchecked. If it is checked, the person has unsubscribed.
- Users can also manually check it if the recipient has requested to stop receiving emails.
Viewing from the Search
- Applicant/Talent Tab -> Search
- Select 'Email' from the Applicant Terms list.
- Under the email, there will be three options:
- All - Results will display Candidates that have both subscribed or unsubscribed from mass emails.
- Subscribed - Results will only display candidates who are still subscribed and will receive mass emails.
- Unsubscribed - Results will display candidates who have unsubscribed from mass email.
Viewing from the CRM Search
- Company Tab -> Search
- Select 'Email' from the Contact Terms list.
- Under the email, there will be three options:
- All - Results will display contacts that have both subscribed or unsubscribed from mass emails.
- Subscribed - Results will only display contacts who are still subscribed and will receive mass emails.
- Unsubscribed - Results will display contacts who have unsubscribed from the mass email.
