- Have there been any changes internally to security settings or computer?

Problem: Nothing happens
When the user tries to install the Echo Chrome extension, nothing seems to happen after clicking "Download Avionté Echo" (from the Utilities page) or "Chrome Echo Plugin" (from Accounts & Settings dropdown).
Solution
Ping is likely running. Install the Echo Chrome extension from an Avionté window where Ping is not running.
Opening a window without Ping
- Go to the "Last 10" drop-down list
- Hold down the <CTRL> key while clicking on one of the recently visited locations (on a Mac, hold down the <COMMAND> key) - a new browser tab will open in the same window.
You can now successfully install the Echo Chrome extension from the locations mentioned above.
Problem: Unable to use
The user is unable to use Echo after it has been installed.
