Customizing your Contract Types
Start by configuring your Company Contract Types within the Table Editor.
Updating and Viewing Contracts Statuses
Navigate to the Documents tab on the Company overview page. You can log the status of each contract by selecting the check marks as seen below. You can keep track of pending documents that require signature by selecting the "Sent" box.
You can identify pending documents as they will appear as a gray label, with the date stamp when the "Sent" box was originally clicked.
The selection is then fed into the company profile view
Note that if you are leveraging our integration with Adobe Sign to send contracts, the status's will automatically update as each action is taken.
