Avionté allows Candidates to submit a General Application if they don’t see a job they are interested in. The general apply option can be turned on within the Careers Page Editor (job board editor).
How to Activate General Applications
- Go to Utilities > Careers Page Editor 2.0 > underneath ‘Select a Job Board’, choose the job board you would like to edit.
- Scroll down to Allow General Apply and click to turn it on.
- You can also allow General Apply with Linkedin and/or Indeed
Tracking and Searching for General Application Candidates
If a Candidate applies via this option, a “General Apply” activity will be written to their Applicant/Talent profile, tracking their source.
You can search for General Apply Candidates via the Activity search within the Avionté Applicant/Talent Tracking tab.
Additional functionality was added to the General Apply feature on July 30th. These updates include:
- Ability to do duplicate checking in the system based on the Social Security Number of the talent who is applying. This will use the same logic that could previously be used on posted jobs.
