Echo gives Recruiting and Sales Teams the ability to parse and import candidates, companies, and contacts directly into Avionté, straight from popular professional networks.
These networks are filled with viable talent and with the plugin, you can quickly create and import a prospect and company into Avionté right from their social profile.
Once the Echo extension is added and configured, you can add profiles from the following sourcing sites:

Install Plugin
- Click Account & Settings
- Click Chrome Echo Plugin
- Click Add to Chrome button
- Click Add extension button (on the pop up window)
- Click the X to close the pop-up window
- If you don't see this pop-up window, then proceed to the next step
- If you don't see this pop-up window, then proceed to the next step
- Ensure that you have the Avionte Echo icon in the upper right corner of your window
- Click the Puzzle Piece icon
- Click the Pin icon
- The Avionte Echo icon should now be displayed
- You are then ready to begin parsing
Using Echo
To use Echo, head to a profile on one of the sites that the tool can parse. Once on a site such as Linkedin, head to a profile, click the button, and the Echo tool will pop out, ready to parse.
Adding an applicant/talent
- Find an applicant/talent profile
- Click the Echo icon
- Enter your Company ID
- If you have already added the Company ID then you don't have to add it again
- Example: TestCompany.myavionte.com
- Type in: TestCompany
- Click Continue button
- Echo will appear on the right side of the page.
- If you don't see the Echo Plugin, on the right side, it may be minimized
- Click the Arrow to expand
- Click Import Candidate
- This window may appear briefly and then close
- This window may appear briefly and then close
- Note: that if the email address matches a profile already in the system, a message will display that an exact match has been found.
- Make sure that all required fields are entered.
- Note: the minimum talent requirements will apply depending on the New Applicant/Talent Requirements configured in the Table Editor.
- If a required field is not populated, it will be displayed in red. You will need to fill out the field to continue.
- Example of all the fields available:
- Any fields with a Red Outline are required fields
- Example: Column 3 - Applicant Source field
- Example: Column 3 - Applicant Source field
- Any fields with a Red Outline are required fields
- Select Import button
- Click Done

Pipeline the Candidate
This is done after the candidate has been imported.

- Click Pipeline button
- On the next screen you can Search for specific Jobs or only your Jobs
- Select, or Search and then select, all of the Jobs you want to Pipeline the candidate for
- Notice I am not able to click the Pipeline button.
- You must select at least 1 option
- Click the Pipeline button
- The button will display the # of Jobs pipelined for
- Once you are done, you'll see the following message
- Click Done

Add candidate to a Tearsheet

- Click Add to Tearsheet button
- Select the Tearsheet(s) to add the candidate to
- Click Add button
- You should see the following message/window
- Click Done

- If you don't see the Add to Tearsheets option, click the Arrow and select Add to Tearsheets
Adding a Contact
To use Echo, head to a profile on one of the sites that the tool can parse. Once on a site such as Linkedin, head to a profile, click the button, and the Echo tool will pop out, ready to parse.
- Find a contact profile
- Click the Echo icon
- Enter your Company ID
- If you have already added the Company ID then you don't have to add it again
- Example: TestCompany.myavionte.com
- Type in: TestCompany
- Click Continue button
- Echo will appear on the right side of the page.
- If you don't see the Echo Plugin, on the right side, it may be minimized
- Click the Arrow to expand
- Click Import Contact
- This window may appear briefly and then close
- Enter the following information:
- Client: Enter a client name and then select from the drop-down.
- Branch: Choose the branch (or office) where the contact is located.
- Click Next button
- Make sure that all required fields are entered.
- Note: the minimum talent requirements will apply depending on the New Contact Requirements configured in the Table Editor.
- If a required field is not populated, it will be displayed in red. You will need to fill out the field to continue.
- Example of all the fields available:
- Any fields with a Red Outline are required fields
- Note: that if the email address matches a profile already in the system, a message will display that an exact match has been found.
- Any fields with a Red Outline are required fields
- Click Done

Create a new Company
When importing contacts, they must be associated with a company. If the company is not already in Avionté, you can create the company through the Echo tool.

- Find a contact profile
- Click the Echo icon
- Echo will appear on the right side of the page.
- If you don't see the Echo Plugin, on the right side, it may be minimized
- Click the Arrow to expand
- Click Import Contact
- Click Create New Company button
- Make sure that all required fields are entered.
- Note: the minimum talent requirements will apply depending on the New Applicant/Talent Requirements configured in the Table Editor.
- If a required field is not populated, it will be displayed in red. You will need to fill out the field to continue.
- Example of all the fields available:
- Any fields with a Red Outline are required fields
- Any fields with a Red Outline are required fields
- Click Create Company button
- If there is duplicate information you will see this message
- Double check the Company name
- Once done, it will go back to the 'Adding a Contact' screen.
- You can continue with adding a new Contact or click Back to not add a new Contact
- You can continue with adding a new Contact or click Back to not add a new Contact
- Double check the Company name
