Advanced Search Examples
Resume Keyword/Boolean + Zip Code with Radius + Specific Applicant/Talent Activities within a Specific Time-Frame
Adding in a term such as representative not only brings up candidates that have certain skill sets and are in a certain area, but it also allows you to see the candidates that are specifically yours.
Searching by Tags
Position Category
Search off these parent-child tags and even add multiple tags to your search. Once you have selected multiple tags, both an 'AND' and 'OR' button will appear under the selections.
Use 'AND' to see applicants/talent with ALL the tags selected and 'OR' if the applicant just needs to have one of the tags.
Applicant/Talent Tags
The Applicant/Talent Tags search works just like the Position Category search. You can select multiple tags and search by 'AND' or 'OR'.
Resume Tags
When resumes are parsed into the system, Avionté creates Resume Tags based on keywords in the profile which you're able to search off.
Applicant/Talent Category
This term houses all other tags located on the applicant profile. Use Applicant/Talent Category to search by the Applicant/Talent Source Tag or Industry Experience Tag.
Address/Location
Once a country (US / Canada) is selected, another drop-down appears allowing you to search by time zone.

Steps to use this feature
- Go to the Talent Search.
- Choose the Talent Term "Location".
- Choose the Country. A new field will populate under the Country called Timezone. This field will populate a drop-down list of the different time zones available.
- Select a timezone.
Running these parameters will return candidates whose zip code falls within the selected timezone.
Expiring Tags
The Talent search term "Expiring Tags" uses the same conditions as the Dashboard widget, which lets the user find matches based on the following criteria:
- Today & Past Due
- Within the Week
- Within 2 Weeks
- Within the Month
- Within the Quarter
- Within the Year

Configuring Results
The layout of the search results is configurable. You can add and remove columns using the selector in the top right of the results header. With zero reloadings needed, the changes are made instantly. You also have the ability to drag and drop the columns according to your preference. Additionally, you can sort or pin columns to the left and right. Avionté will remember your customized column order.
Your results are color-coordinated. We use colors to serve as a quick visual indicator for outreach frequency. The color of the name changes if there is a manually logged Task or Activity on the Applicant's/Talent's profile.
The following colors reflect the thresholds:
- Green - they have been contacted within the last 30 Days
- Yellow - they have been contacted in the last 31 – 60 Days
- Red - They have been contacted in the last 61 – 90 Days
- Dark Blue - they have not been contacted in more than 90 days
- Light Blue - They have never been contacted
