Sending questionnaires
Sending questionnaires is done from the Results section of the Talent screen.
Clicking Send a Test will open a flyout where you can send available tests to the talent.
You can attach tests to jobs from the Job Posting flyout.
Applicant Questionnaire Functionality
Creating – You can create questionnaires in the Web Applicant Test Editor. You can get there through Utilities > Web Applicant Tests.
This is what the main screen looks like:
To start creating a new test, click the button Create a New Web Applicant Test. Give the test a name. Enter an introduction. Click Add Question to add a new question.
There are five different types of questions that you can ask (Multiple – One Answer, Multiple – Multi Answer, Single Line, Essay, and Date). Each of these requires the applicant to answer a bit differently, depending on what information you are looking to gather from them.
With each question, you can decide if it is Required or not. If required, the applicant will not be able to submit the test without filling out the answer.
Grading
You can have Web Applicant Tests graded. For multiple-choice questions, you can choose which answer is correct, allowing you to have the test graded automatically upon submission. If you are choosing between multiple candidates, you can send out a questionnaire to all of them, allowing you to focus your recruiting efforts on the candidates who stand out based on their tests.
Form Fields
AviontéBOLD allows for certain questions to be asked (Single Line and Date fields) and populates the Applicant’s Profiles with the answers that are provided. This enables you to send questionnaires to ensure that you have the most up-to-date information from that applicant without needing to manually update the fields after receiving the questionnaire back. For contractors, it allows you to see when they are going to be available for their next role, strengthening the usefulness of the Availability field.
