This is the primary landing page, which displays high-level operational information.

This includes: the amount and sources of web applicants, newly submitted candidates, newly opened job orders, and candidate stage count.

It also includes Sales Performance Revenue / Gross Profit and Recruit Performance Revenue / Gross Profit information.

Depending on your desired scope, you can view production across your entire organization, or narrow down to a single office. You can use the Filters on the right-hand side to adjust your view.

Rep Submittal Ratios

This report is a great way to learn about which Reps are submitting quality candidates. You can analyze how many submittals they have, how many of those are moving on to interviews, and how many are getting hired on a job. Use this report to forecast and improve the number of quality candidates. You can filter this report by Candidate Rep, Sales Rep, Req Created Date, Job Title, Company Name, and Time Frame of the Activity.

The report has two charts and two detailed ratio breakdowns of the Candidate Rep and Sales Rep data.

Columns for Candidate and Sales Rep Ratio: # of Submittals, # of Total Interviews, # of Unique Interviews, # of Placements, Submitted To Interview, Interview to Placement, Submitted to Placement.
