Entering & Managing Companies and Contacts
Before placing orders or sourcing candidates, you first need Companies and Contacts. This course covers the basics of Companies and Contacts in the Connect Module. We will walk through the various methods of adding Companies and Contacts into Avionté and how to manage basic information in the Company and Contact profiles.

Avionté's Customer Relationship Management (CRM) features allow your sales team and account managers to seamlessly track the sales cycle and ongoing conversations. Within the Connect Module, users can keep thorough notes, report on progress, and quickly share information to customers or other users. This course will cover sales cycle tracking, customer on-boarding, and contact management to help your team efficiently and effectively manage customer relationships and processes.
