Timesheets | Display Worksite Address for Integrated Builds - 12/13/2024

🚀 What's New

What is the improvement?

We’ve improved the Talent experience in the Timesheets tab of the Talent Portal by displaying the most relevant address based on the Job setup:

    • For integrated builds with a Worksite Address, the Worksite Address will now be shown.

    • For integrated builds without a Worksite Address, the Contact/Job address will continue to be displayed.

    • For non-integrated builds, the Contact/Job address will also continue to be displayed.

Why?

  • This enhancement reduces confusion for Talent working multiple jobs with similar titles but at different locations by clearly displaying the Worksite Address where applicable. It ensures clarity and alignment with the actual worksite details in integrated systems.

How does this impact you?

  • Talents placed on jobs will now see the correct address details in the Timesheets tab, improving their ability to reference the appropriate worksite. This minimizes confusion and ensures a seamless experience, especially for jobs associated with multiple locations or integrated builds.

Jobs | Option to Set Job Location To Worksite Location - 12/13/2024

🚀 What's New

What is the improvement?

  • This release introduces improvements to job creation workflows, ensuring greater consistency and flexibility in setting job locations for integrated customers.
  • A checkbox labeled "Set As Job Location" has been added next to the worksite address selector drop-down.
        • Default Behavior: The checkbox is checked by default.

        • Functionality: When the checkbox is checked, the created job’s location will match the city/state/zip of the selected worksite location (note: job locations do not include a street address).

Why?

  • Customer feedback noted that the most relative address associated with a job is the worksite location itself. Now customers with Bold and integrated Classic have the option of automatically updating the job's location to match the city, state, and zip of the worksite. There is a new checkbox appearing under the worksite selection drop-down in the create job aside that allows you to automatically update the job location by default.

How does this impact you?

  • Previously the default behavior was to set the job's location to match the hiring manager contact's address. It was a manual process to update the job after creation to have the same location as the worksite, and was necessary if you wanted to search for jobs based on worksite location.

BOLD | Talent / Employee Merge - 12/09/2024

🚀 What's New

What is the improvement?

  • We have implemented updates to the employee profile merge functionality to improve data consistency when handling sensitive fields such as SSN (Social Security Number).

Why?

  • These changes ensure that sensitive data is properly cleared from non-master profiles during the merging process, aligning with data integrity and compliance requirements.

How does this impact you?

    1. Merging Two Profiles
      • When a user with merge permissions selects two employee profiles:
        • After merging, the SSN field in the profile not selected as the master profile will no longer contain a value in both BOLD and BO.
    2. Merging More Than Two Profiles
      • When a user with merge permissions selects more than two employee profiles:
        • After merging, the SSN field in all profiles not selected as the master profile will no longer contain a value in both BOLD and BO.

Updates for Non-Integrated Solutions:

  • When a user with merge permissions selects two or more employee profiles:
      • After merging, the SSN field in all profiles not selected as the master profile will no longer contain a value in BOLD.

Careers Page Optional SSN/SIN Bypass - 12/05/2024

🚀 What's New

What is the improvement?

  • We improved the application process compliance in AviontĂ©BOLD, enabling users to configure an optional SSN/SIN bypass to support applicants without a permanent SSN/SIN to complete the applicant process.

Why?

  • Customer feedback indicated the lack of options for applicants without a permanent SSN/SIN to apply due to their Career Page configuration making SSN/SIN as a required field.

How does this impact you?

  • Thanks to this enhancement, staffing agencies have the option to allow applicants without an SSN/SIN to complete the apply process by indicating they do not have an SSN/SIN as required by the Career Page configuration.
    • NOTE: Applicants who choose to bypass the SSN/SIN requirement will have a note appended to the apply activity indicating the SSN/SIN field was bypassed.
    • NOTE: This option is available for both Job Board and General Apply configurations.
