Advance Notice - Deprecation of Talent Comparison

Upcoming Change: Deprecation of 'Talent Comparison' Feature

Effective Date: Friday, May 30, 2025

The Compas legacy 'Talent Comparison' feature has been used by less than 1% of our user base and has remained unsupported since September 2023. By retiring this functionality, we will be able to upgrade our search infrastructure and underlying technology stack. This will enable us to deliver enhanced candidate matching capabilities powered by AI in future releases.

How This May Affect Your Organization

This change will not affect your organization if:

• You do not have any users with the 'Talent Comparison' user permission

If your organization has users with the 'Talent Comparison' permission:

• Beginning May 30, 2025, these users will no longer have access to:
  • The 'Talent Compare' widget on Talent records
    
     
    • The 'Talent to Jobs' widget on Talent records
      
      
      
    • The 'TI Ideal' candidate bucket in the Candidate Screen on Job records
         
      
      
• The 'Talent Compare' user permission will be deprecated and automatically removed from the system
