What is the improvement?

Enhanced security protection has been implemented. After 5 consecutive failed login attempts, user accounts will be automatically locked and require a password reset to regain access.
Why did we do this?
- Improved Security: This proactive security measure protects user accounts from malicious login attempts and unauthorized access, ensuring better data protection for both clients and talent users.
- Account Protection: By implementing automatic lockout after multiple failed attempts, we prevent bad actors from repeatedly trying to guess passwords while maintaining legitimate user access.

How does this impact you?
- Users who enter incorrect passwords 5 times consecutively will need to reset their password to regain account access.
- This security enhancement helps protect your organization's data and user accounts from potential security threats.
Availability/Impact:
- These features are available to all 24/7 customers. Users experiencing account lockouts will need to follow the password reset process to regain access.

BOLD / 24/7 | Talent-Viewable Questionnaires - 06/13/2025

What is the improvement?
HCM Users can now make completed questionnaires visible to talent by toggling "Talent Viewable" to "Show" during questionnaire configuration. Talent can then access PDF copies through Talent Portal > Profile > Documents. TalentÂ

Questionnaire visibility only applies to Questionnaires toggled to Show moving forward and will not make historically completed Questionnaires visible.
- If the toggle is set to Hide, Talent will not be able to see the questionnaire after completion.
- Note - By default, Questionnaires are set to Hide and require a Utilities Admin to toggle to Show per Questionnaire.
- If the toggle is set to Show, Talent will be able to see the questionnaire after completion in their portal documents.
If a Questionnaire contains scoring, a Talent will not see score details on their version of the PDF (whereas the HCM User viewing the PDF from Talent record > Documents would be able to see score details).

- By contrast, HCM Users will see this when viewing the results from an extracted PDF:

- This feature increases transparency, improves candidate experience, and reduces administrative overhead by allowing talent to access their own completed questionnaires without contacting recruiters.

BOLD | Reset Talent MFA Factor from the Talent Profile - 06/05/2025

What is the improvement?
We've simplified the process of resetting a talent's MFA factor by adding the reset button and functionality to the Talent Profile via the edit of the profile widget.

Why?
When MFA is enabled for Talent within Bold, they will be prompted to add an MFA factor upon the next login to the Bold Talent Portal (such as receiving MFA codes via SMS using their mobile phone).
Once configured, subsequent logins to the Bold Talent Portal will require the MFA code that will be sent automatically to the Talent's mobile phone via SMS.
In the event a Talent's phone number changes, they may contact the staffing agency to reset their MFA factor, so when they login next it will ask them to enter a new phone number to be used for sending of the SMS containing their MFA authentication code.
This new enhancement will allow recruiters to quickly reset the MFA factor in the same way and location they currently reset a Talent's password instead of navigating to the User Records, searching for the talent, editing their user profile, and clicking the MFA Reset button.Â
How does this impact you?
- Bold customers enabling Talent MFA should find this a more efficient means of accessing the MFA Reset functionality
- Users will still be required to have the "MFA Admin" user setting enabled to access this additional means of resetting the MFA factor for talent users.
- This MFA Factor reset functionality will still be available under the User Records profile edit, in addition to being added to the talent profile.
