Migrated Documents in AviontéBOLD

When a client transitions from Aero to Bold, they may have migrated Adobe documents. These documents are legacy artifacts from Aero and are available to be viewed on talent records. Migrated documents will also appear in Utilities/Onboarding Task Specs in order for the migrated documents to have permissions set on them.

Migrated documents may not have the “Send” permission and may not be set to “Enabled”. Only documents that are part of the current Bold document library may have the “Send” permission and may be set to “Enabled”.

Setup

Here is an example of a migrated task spec that may have permissions set up but is not able to be sent:

In order to utilize the W4, find the current non-migrated W4 template. That template will have full settings, including the Send permission and the Enable toggle.
