Improvements to the E-Verify functionality ensure the E-Verify button will appear for an I-9 when a template configured for a preparer is used.
|Why did we do that?||
Customers using a preparer for an I-9 need the ability to validate using E-Verify.
|Why does this matter to you, as a client/customer/user?||
If your talent uses a preparer or translator for an I-9, you are still able to validate the I-9 using E-Verify through Bold after the document is completed.
If you have experienced this issue, please double-check your settings on the I-9 and click "Save".
Using E-Verify with an I-9 should now function the same way whether or not a preparer template is used.
