What? |
We improved the account settings so that Tax Admin users in BOLD will now be able to view the full payment account number for a Talent when editing it. |
Why did we do that? |
Recruiters trying to validate payment information for a talent were not able to, due to the account number being masked. |
Why does this matter to you, as a client/customer/user? |
Tax Admin users in the system are able to quickly and easily confirm payment account information for a Talent user. |
Now What? |
Tax Admins will still see a "masked" version of the account number until they click the "Edit" icon on the payment account on the Talent profile Tax tab, at which point the number will become unmasked entirely. |
