Job Creation | Enhancements Based On Default Office Sales Rep [RN] - 10/13

What?	We improved job management in AviontéBOLD, enabling users to manage the default sales rep and branch in a more efficient way.
Why did we do that?	HCM users creating jobs need the dropdowns for Branch and Sales rep on the job to work better as it relates to the new Office level default Sales Rep configuration that was released recently.
Why does this matter to you, as a client/customer/user?	This enhancement provides a better user experience when the default sales rep and branch for a job are set, depending on the author's access and branch (as per feedback).
