We have improved the Timesheet Approver interaction in AviontéBOLD by enabling BOLD users to provide custom terms in the Timesheet Approver interface and Timesheet Approver notification emails. |
| Why did we do that? |
BOLD users require the ability to display their legal terms and conditions to their customers when their customers are approving timesheets. This way a BOLD user's customers will be aware of the legal and financial consequences of approving a timesheet for payroll. |
| Why does this matter to you, as a client/customer/user? |
Thanks to this enhancement, BOLD users wishing to have their terms and conditions displayed to timesheet approvers have this ability. |
| Now What? |
BOLD users who wish to customize the verbiage displayed to timesheet approvers must enable the Timesheet Terms Admin user access flag under the Management section.
Once the user permission is enabled, this feature is set up via Utilities > Timesheet Approver Terms. |
