My Ready Status

My Ready Menu

Your home screen may have some different options but should have the My Ready tab.  If not, please contact your Recruiter.

1. Click on the My Ready tab
   
   
   
   
2. The first time you log in you will see the Vaccine Policy Acknowledgement form.
   Note: The Vaccine Policy may be different than the example below and are setup by the Staffing Agency.
3. Click the Agree & Continue button
   
   
   
   
4. You now are on the Ready Menu screen
   
   
   
   
   1. Daily Screening Questions
      1. These are usually the daily standard OSHA questions regarding Covid
   2. Weekly Testing Result
      1. Upload and view your Weekly Covid Test results
   3. Update My Vaccination Status
      1. Create, view, and edit your Vaccination Status, Medical/Religious Exemptions or select the Testing options (in lieu of the vaccination).
   4. My Ready Status
      1. Displays the status of work eligibility based on Attestation, Testing and/or Vaccine/Exemption status.

Daily Screening Questions

If any of the questions are answered with a 'Yes' then it marks you as "I'm Not Ready."  If you are on more than 1 Job you only have to complete the Daily Screening questions once (per day) instead of once (per day) for each job.

1. Click the Daily Attestation Questions button.
   
   
   
   
2. Click on your answer to the questions
   1. Either "Yes" or "No"
      Note: Questions may be different than the example below and are setup by the Staffing Agency.
      
      

      Questions	Options
      Have you tested POSITIVE for COVID-19 in the last 10 days?	Yes, No
      Are you currently awaiting results from a COVID-19 test?	Yes, No
      Have you been diagnosed with COVID-19 by a licensed healthcare provider?	Yes, No
      Have you been told that you are suspected to have COVID-19 by a licensed healthcare provider in the past 10 days?	Yes, No

3. Click the Submit Answers button.
   
   
   
   
4. Click the Go to My Ready Menu button.

Weekly Testing Result

1. Click the Weekly Testing Result button.
   
   
   
   
2. Click on your answers to the questions.
   
   

   Field Name	Options	Description
   Test Result:	Negative, Positive	Results of your Covid test
   Test Date:	Valid calendar date	The Date of your Covid test
   Test Result Date:	Valid calendar date	The Date of receiving the Covid test results
   Associated Documents		Image of your Covid test results

   
   
   1. If a Document isn't attached then a warning message will appear:
      1. Cancel = allows you to upload a Document
      2. OK = submits the Test without a Document
         
         
         
         
3. Click the Save Test Results button.
   
   
   
   
4. Click the Go to My Ready Menu button.

Update My Vaccination Status

1. Click the Update My Vaccination Status button.
   
   
   
   
2. Click on your response.
   1. I am Fully Vaccinated
   2. I am Partially Vaccinated
   3. I am Medically Exempt
      Note: This option may not be available and is setup by the Staffing Agency.
   4. I am Religiously Exempt
      Note: This option may not be available and is setup by the Staffing Agency.
   5. I am choosing the testing option
      Note: This option may not be available and is setup by the Staffing Agency.
      
      

I am Fully Vaccinated

• Click the OK button

Add new Vaccination

I am Partially Vaccinated

• Click the OK button

I am Medically Exempt

1. Enter the Date of Exemption.
2. Click the Choose Files button to upload your documentation.
   1. Locate the documentation
   2. Click the Open button
3. Click the Save Exemption button

I am Religiously Exempt
