We improved the recruiter experience in AviontéBOLD; users will receive a warning if they attempt to send onboarding tasks to users with an invalid email format.
Invalid email formats include things such as empty or whitespace characters, having no "@" symbol, having multiple "@" characters, not having at least one character in each part of the email, multiple periods, less than two characters for top-level domains (.com, .edu. .us, etc.), or having numbers in a top-level domain.
Why did we do that?
Recruiters may sometimes find talent is unresponsive, or encounter issues when trying to send onboarding tasks to talent that has an invalid email address format.
Why does this matter to you, as a client/customer/user?
Thanks to this enhancement, users attempting to send onboarding tasks to talent with an invalid format will be stopped and informed of the issue before encountering any problems.
When sending Onboarding tasks, your users may encounter this new warning. Please review the error provided, and correct the email address before continuing.
