Talent Branch Requirements - 03/11/2022 [RN]

 

What?

We improved talent placement for AviontéBOLD integrated customers, enabling users to ensure talent is associated with a branch before placement.

Why did we do that?

Feedback from our integrated BOLD/CLASSIC users indicated that a branch designation for a talent should be a global requirement before placement.

Why does this matter to you, as a client/customer/user?

Thanks to this enhancement, many payroll & billing issues should be mitigated if they happen because a talent is missing an employer branch designation.

Now What?

This new functionality is automatically enabled for all integrated customers. 

Users attempting to place a talent and receiving an error stating the talent does not have a home office/branch configured will need to update the talent profile prior to placement.
