Create and View Tickets with AVI in BOLD

Note: An account in Zendesk is required to submit a ticket.  Please contact your Account Manager with any questions.

Creating a Ticket

  1. Sign in to your BOLD platform.
  2. Click on AVI

  3. Click on Customer Support

  4. Click on the Create New Ticket button

  5. A new window will bring you to our Support Center Knowledge Base.
  6. Enter your Email and Password for your Zendesk account.
    1. This next step is a one time set up and doesn't require you to sign in each time.
  7. Click on the Sign in button

  8. Select the type of request you want to submit for a ticket.

Viewing your Tickets

  1. Sign in to your BOLD platform.
  2. Click on AVI

  3. Click on Customer Support

  4. Click on the See All Tickets button

  5. This will bring you to the My requests section and will display a list of your tickets.
