Forgot Password for Zendesk
- Subscribe to the BOLD Bulletin
Creating a Ticket
- Sign in to your BOLD platform.
- Click on AVI
- Click on Customer Support
- Click on the Create New Ticket button
- A new window will bring you to our Support Center Knowledge Base.
- Enter your Email and Password for your Zendesk account.
- This next step is a one time set up and doesn't require you to sign in each time.
- Click on the Sign in button
- Select the type of request you want to submit for a ticket.
Viewing your Tickets
- Sign in to your BOLD platform.
- Click on AVI
- Click on Customer Support
- Click on the See All Tickets button
- This will bring you to the My requests section and will display a list of your tickets.
