| Why did we do that? |
Customer feedback noted that they would like to have the ability for a talent to submit a photo as proof of a document. This would make the onboarding effort easier for both the talent and recruiter. |
| Why does this matter to you, as a client/customer/user? |
Thanks to this enhancement, talent are not forced to use standard document type formats or physical paper copies of key documents to be onboarded, but instead can use their mobile phone camera to take and upload an image. |
| Now What? |
This new feature is enabled by default for all customers; talent users will now be able to upload images as documents when logged into the talent portal. |
