Job Status Now Syncing to Back Office - 04/19/2022 [RN]
Job status is now syncing from the front office to the back office. With this enhancement, the status on a job will sync to the back office with the same status value, when job statuses are either manually or automatically updated in BOLD.
Why did we do that?
We aim to continually improve data integrity between BOLD and Classic by adding additional fields that are syncing between the Avionté platforms.
Why does this matter to you, as a client/customer/user?
The more you can rely on the accuracy of the data across all Avionté platforms, the more efficient and productive users will be.
For any newly created jobs, the job status will sync to the back office.
For any existing jobs, the job status will only sync to the back office after the job is updated.
