Talent 1099 Electronic Consent - 04/01/2022 [RN]

What?	We improved talent management in AviontéBOLD, by enabling recruiters to automatically capture or manually flag talent users as consenting to get an electronic copy of the 1099 form.
Why did we do that?	Customer feedback noted the desire to track which talent users consent to receive their 1099 forms electronically.
Why does this matter to you, as a client/customer/user?	Thanks to this enhancement, you can now flag employee consent to getting electronic 1099 forms through a new Adobe mapping, or manually set this designation under a talent profile on the tax tab.
