Submit a Support Ticket with AVI - 04/28/2022 [RN]

 

 

What? AviontéBOLD Zendesk users now have the ability to submit and manage support tickets using AVI.
Why did we do that?

We are expanding the in-app capabilities of AVI to better support the ticket submission process.

Why does this matter to you, as a client/customer/user?

This enhancement allows for an improved user experience within AviontéBOLD by allowing Zendesk users to submit and manage support tickets without exiting the platform.
