What? |
We have built an Announcements feature. Announcements can be broadcast to HCM Users, Talent Users, Hiring Manager Users, or any combination of the three. |
Why did we do that? |
Clients have requested the ability to send out notifications or broadcast messages to users in the BOLD system, including to the Talent Portals and/or Contact Portals. |
Why does this matter to you, as a client/customer/user? |
Via the Utilities page, authorized users can create and delete announcements. Via the Account & Settings > Announcements option, other users can view posted announcements. This will facilitate better communication throughout your organization. |
Now What? |
Creating Announcements is available to AviontéBOLD administrators with Utilities access. If you have Utilities access and want to activate the feature, do the following:
Once announcements are created, they will be displayed for all related users via the Account & Settings > Announcements option.
