We have built an Announcements feature. Announcements can be broadcast to HCM Users, Talent Users, Hiring Manager Users, or any combination of the three.
|Why did we do that?||
Clients have requested the ability to send out notifications or broadcast messages to users in the BOLD system, including to the Talent Portals and/or Contact Portals.
|Why does this matter to you, as a client/customer/user?||
Via the Utilities page, authorized users can create and delete announcements.
Via the Account & Settings > Announcements option, other users can view posted announcements.
This will facilitate better communication throughout your organization.
Creating Announcements is available to AviontéBOLD administrators with Utilities access. If you have Utilities access and want to activate the feature, do the following:
Once announcements are created, they will be displayed for all related users via the Account & Settings > Announcements option.
