The BOLD E-Verify integration now properly supports an additional type of client account setup. A user can now configure multiple E-Verify Company IDs, and have them tied to individual Employers in BOLD.
Why did we do that?
The BOLD E-Verify integration must support this configuration type because there are clients with multiple employers (FEINs) who have separate E-Verify accounts to process the E-Verify cases.
Why does this matter to you, as a client/customer/user?
The BOLD E-Verify integration now gives users the ability to configure multiple E-Verify Company IDs, and have them tied to individual Employers in BOLD. This configuration option prevents users from having to manually update the Company ID value when switching between E-Verify accounts.
Users can navigate to the Avionté Marketplace, open the E-Verify tile and update their E-Verify Company ID if they have separate E-Verify accounts per Employer.
