Talent Search - Placement Status Changes - 05/19/2022 [RN]

What?	We improved the recruiter experience in AviontéBOLD, enabling users to better search for talent based on their current placement status.
Why did we do that?	Customer feedback noted that the Placement Status criteria in our Talent search would return results for talent that had ever had the status, and not limit the results to talent with that status currently.
Why does this matter to you, as a client/customer/user?	Thanks to this enhancement, you now have the option of the old "Placement Status" criteria (which has now been renamed to "Placement History"), as well as the new "Current Placement Status" criteria which will only return talent whose current placement status match what's defined in the search.
Now What?	The changes to Talent search are already live in production for all AviontéBOLD customers.
