We improved the Company experience in AviontéBOLD, enabling users to access invoices there.
|Why did we do that?||
Customer feedback noted the need to provide specific users access to outstanding/open company invoices in Bold without having to log into the Back Office.
|Why does this matter to you, as a client/customer/user?||
Thanks to this enhancement, you now have the ability to grant users access to outstanding/open company invoices.
* Please note this is for integrated customers only
To provide this access for your users, simply enable the access to "Company Invoices" under the Back Office section under their user access settings.
Once enabled for a user, have them log out and back in, and then navigate to a Company profile and click on the "Invoices" sub tab to see any invoices (if available).
