This existing feature enhancement will update the "To" (end date) on a Talent profile Work History sub-tab to match the end date for the temp placement that has ended (based on the placement end date). |
| Why did we do that? |
Customers requested the system be changed to provide an accurate display of when a talent's contract ends. |
| Why does this matter to you, as a client/customer/user? |
In a scenario where talent has been started on a contract role from Avionté, and the start is included in the Work History, when an End Date is entered in the Hired Details, it will display in the "To" field in the talent's Work History. However, if there is no End Date in the Hired Details, the "To" field will continue to display "Present". |
| Now What? |
This enhancement is generally available to all BOLD HCM Users. No additional configuration is needed to begin using the enhancement.
